Since the server restart on the 5th, every time i start the game it starts twice as wide and only the left side shows up on my screen. i figured that my card thought i was using two monitors. but all that was fine. today while it was loading, it switched resolutions from wide to normal back to wide. and if i press alt+tab, it'll go back to normal for a sec. It only happens with this game. all my other programs run fine. i'll post my info.

What monitor are you using?  Please provide manufacturer name and the model number.

Usually, this type of problem only happens when the video card thinks it's connected to a television or if the monitor doesn't understand the refresh rate that the video card is using.
