Over the weekend of June 9th and 10th, 2007 The Matrix Online servers experienced an issue that resulted in loss of game play time and a roll back of character data.
Players who have logged in within the past 14 days will be granted 2 days of additional play time to your current billing cycle. The grant should be seamless and you should notice that the billing date for your account has been adjusted to reflect the 2 days of additional time.
