A 5 month old question!

Hello...... I have a question, can I get a answer?

A answer why my crew was deletet after a patch?

I had send a ccr...... this is 5 months ago..... I had asked several times what the tech team know about that problem and the answer was everytime "Thanks that you had opened this question again we are working on it."

I just only want to know what had happend to my crew and if you can give me my crew back?

I hope I can get an answer before this question gets his first year annual....... -.-

This looks like the good-old Faction bug.

Your best bet to get this fixed is with a /ccr in game (TSRs here can't do anything to the live game database)

This ccr is 5 months old....... and no answer and no change on this.......

Are you doing it through the ingame system or help.station.sony.com?

Make sure you do it through the ingame system.

I had written it ingame.... yeah.... and I had written this error 5 or 10 times and I had got everytime the same answer "We are realy sry to hear about that we will send this to our Team so that they can look into it...."
What happens after that?

I Dont know, it is a shame that this questioon is 5 months old!

Where is the nesxt CSR Member here? I want to know what you do with question? Is it realy in work or do you send me everytime a standart answer and delete my question?

When this isnt an tech support problem and Iam not getting realy help with an /ccr...... where can I also ask or where can I get informations about my crew?

I mean, Im waiting since 5 months..... since Update 44 was pushed live on Thursday, May 25th, 2006...... I am getting only excuses for the troubles I have and that that it will send to someone who can repair it.........

The only people who can assist you with in game issues are the in game CSRs available through the /ccr command. Tech support cannot assist you with this. Locking the thread, as it is off topic.
