Yeah, I tried doing once of those Email Service things they have for customer service. It says it went through, but my email hasn't gotten anything, which means it didnt.

I filed one, BTW Category: Matrix Online Gameplay > Stuck/loading issues > Stuck at loading character

Mm, nope. This one, with the Email Support. I'm still ingame at the moment, but in the email support I was trying to ask for a server restart. lol I wasn't sure if it was even worth trying, but I did and it didn't seem to go through.

Since we cant log in - why dont everyone that read this and check out the new song i made today. First person to correctly name the drum beat that I sampled wins 1 million info!!! lol I would give a hint but anyone that knows music should recognize it.
