Vector's needed some "Safe" zones for quite a while, now.While some might say that it destroys the realism of being able to be attacked at any time, in any place, it's also true that in the ACTUAL Matrix (if you can say such a thing), you wouldn't want to start any fights in an area full of bluepills.

Org controlled clubs would be good... but just a
de-pvp-zone on Vector with nothing else behind it sort of defies the
entire purpose of Vector. If people can go run into a "safe zone"
whenever they're being chased - especially at Mara, of all places,
just... wow. /face and /follow are already getting nerfed... as if it
wasn't easy enough to escape from pvp?

I do recognize that this will be good for events and parties and such, but other aspects of
the server lead me to question if this is a good idea or not,
especially given the LOCATION of such a zone.
