Operatives,

Quick action by our forces succeeded in repulsing an attack by Anome's soldiers on power stations in the Guinness Lake area. Operatives at the scene also acted to protect civilians in the area, and these individuals, as I am informed by Agent Pace, were later rewarded for their efforts by the Oracle herself, who appeared to hand out...cookies.

Operatives also revealed several interesting pieces of intelligence to Agent Pace relating to the incident. First, that a mysterious individual contacted some of them prior to the attack with what turned out to be, apparently, a copy of plans relating to the power station assault. Second, during the attack, one of the Unlimit soldiers was overheard informing the others that a certain "Seral" could not be reached for backup. From the context in which the name was mentioned, it is probable that "Seral" is the name of one of the leaders coordinating these attacks on Anome's behalf. Gaining further information on this individual is one of our highest priorities.

All operatives are directed to remain on high alert. Any information related to attacks on city facilities should be reported to your superior officer immediately.
