Can't wait for this hotfix to go live. Maybe I can finally dump this POS Vista.

Feedback:
XP: Lag has dropped, possibly in half.  There is still some rendering lag, but I can navigate through a huge building faster with more accuracy. (Used to run by doors and the like).
Vista: Nothing to do with the faces (I wanted to see out of curiosity)

Keep hunting!

Can someone with a good system post a video of how it looks with these changes?  I have been wanting to upgrade my vid card for a while now but have been delaying it because of this issue.

ok, i did like 9mm's post said too, but I think I did something wrong.  I still see my character just like I normally do.  Should I not be seeing similar results to the screenshots with these settings enabled?

Is the lag still there? Could be you got the best of both worlds.

Is that with Vista? Since this patch is XP only, for the indoor lag.

Tested that and it has reduced the lag a great amount, good work! I can still get a small amount, but it's hardly noticeable.

nevermind... I got it.  I had to put it in the options.cfg file that is in the main directory.

Much better, thank you!
