ok terrible bug here...
if you hyperjump and get interlocked 1/2 through ya jump
normal jump and get interlocked
on a pipe or ladder and get interlocked
get interlocked while performing ANY emote

then you are unable to use any special abilities, this is due to the server and your client thinking your RSI is in a different place from one another
