Operatives,

A network trace of an anonymously posted message pointed to a probable location for the elusive Unlimit soldier, Meillak, who claims to possess information concerning Anome's past, apparently provided by another Unlimit, Caboclo, who Anome recently mutilated, perhaps terminally, for undue curiosity. The System thanks operatives Tefnut, Xboxster, and Symmetric for arranging the briefing session for this operation.

Following the briefing, operatives located and surrounded Meillak in Morrell. He was willing to talk, but not to surrender himself, and responded to questions with cryptic remarks. The possible meaning of these remarks is currently under analysis. When given an ultimatum to surrender himself for questioning, Meillak responded by causing a large number of hostile simulacra to appear. A battle ensued, during which Meillak escaped, disappearing from our scanners.

All operatives are directed to report any new intelligence concerning Meillak or Caboclo to their commanding officers immediately. He is considered extremely dangerous, but we repeat, he is not to be harmed.

It is unprosperous that I was not in the area... My skills with interrogation may have been exercised well; I might have been able to confer with Meillak more uncomplicatedly.
