MEGAUPLOAD seems to take a long time to download the file off of their
server. Sorry about that. I have the files up and hosted on
my personal server so if that earlier link is taking to long shoot me a
PM and I can give you a link. I also have a 30MB wmv version up
on my server as well.

Countdown was awesome!

I laughed my *CENSORED* off during the big fight scene when the camera starts panning around and you see this guy in the background just dancing like a fool amidst all the fighting, then he realized he's on camera and dashes off screen. Don't know if that was intentional but it was hilarious.

Again, great movie.

Alrighty I have a new version of my film up here It is on my own site so it should download pretty quickly. I fixed the fight scene with "Bob," some of the transitions and the audio.

Description:

This short film is a tribute of mine to the live events team and to everyone responsible for putting out the chapter cinematics. I remember the day that the first cinematic went live in beta and I watched it and my jaw hit the floor. I want SOE to know how important the ongoing story is to the community here. For many of us the ongoing storyline is the main reason why we are here.

For my film I mixed several of the cinematics with footage that I "shot" and added dialogue and music to create the story of a newly awakened redpill and his reaction to the changing state of the Matrix. This film introduces someone who is not familar with the Matrix Online to the current storyline.

hmm, I'm wandering how they're going to pick the video's. I think Countdown should definetely win, but here's the thing...

They have 15 minutes of showing time to SOE....and Countdown is over 18+ minutes long. With as many good submissions as we've gotten I'm wandering how they will handle this and how many they were "planning" on selecting.
