Did the Oracle extract the first redpill? Did she extract any redpill? Did she tell all the Zion extraction teams who would be the next Redpill? No.

All she did was 'guide' them as to what they may be or may do. Where would you be, either in Zion directionless lashing out in hate against the Machines, extracting those who show any signs of realisation or doubt or dead and replaced by the Machines in the normal cycle of Zion destruction...

A lot more people would have died without her I've no doubt, she did 'stumble' on the equation to maintain the Matrix after all... if she didn't we might not have existed in the first place.
Would Neo have been able to broker the Truce that allowed most of us to be freed if not for the Oracles guidance... No.  Would Morpheus had been just another guy from Zion without her guidance... yes.  Without her guidance would we really be able to understand the intricate and unseen factors of the Matrix?  You talk as tho she was only around for this iteration of the Matrix and are forgetting the sacrifice she herself made for peace.
No I don't, I talk in response to your suggestion.

Neo may not have been able to broker a truce, Morpheus would've just been anopther guy, but we wouldn't all be in pods, they would still have been releasing people. I don't disagree she nudged them in the direction she wanted, but it's the original people in Zion at the beginning of each iteration who teach people the factors and awaken people.

The Oracle can hide anywhere in the Matrix. She probably has an unlimited amount of time and resources to get away from Carl and Hal; but she didn't. That itself is a neon sign pointing that the Oracle is only dead in Physicalcode-being.

I was being sarcastic.  SMILEY

As Virrago pointed out, she most probably saw this coming.  And she does have the ability to "cross a few wires" so to speak in order to avoid detection.  But just as with her Smith assimilation, if she knew it was going to happen and did nothing to stop it, then there must be a reason for it.

The choice is still there, as long as Zion exists the choice will still be there. The Oracle was just the person who discovered that the choice was needed.
