NPC pathing huh.  So what happens when you find an elevator full of NPCs?  What does that do?

I can see that the shirts are a special item and noly for the event so it would make sense not to have them decompilable, however there is the issue of inventory space. Paged email would fix this and other issues with the current email system btw.

Make them decompilable but non - tradeable (same for the compile code too for good measure)

This way we can make / remake them as needed and they still stay unique

Problem solved SMILEY

WOW! So I assume that the lag bug was caused by the bug I would encounter downtown sometimes where an NPC that needed to be killed wouldn't be on the mission floor. It would be on another floor or in the elevator... weird.

Also,

Possibly in-game storage for only collectibles and special items?  Separate from our inventory, which would free up some space for us.

Gaussian Blur is another ability that doesnt work even tho its activated

It doesnt show up in the combat bonuses.

Seems like a lot of abilities are having issues.

Seems like the DT lag comes and goes..... should be interesting...

Things are a bit hectic today, as the entire studio is rearranging seats. The good news for me is I'm getting a window seat. The bad news is I have to move a lot of stuff from my current seat to the far side of the office. And, in the meantime, it's not like regular work stops while I'm taking care of this.

Fortunately, work has been going well on the Anniversary Event, so the disruption won't hurt the team too much. Well, I guess that's assuming there are actual desks in the spots the guys are moving to. I suppose Dracomet could work from a couch, though....

I . . . don't . . . care

This isn't your blog.  You're running a business.

Please act like it.  These last few "Through the looking Glass" have read more like a personal web site.  PLEASE KNOCK IT OFF!  Several of us are finding it naseauting.  (And I don't mean fellow PoP members.  I was showing this to others in game)  I don't care about your sig.  I don't care about what you do in your office.  Clients expect a bit of decorum out of the people that work for them.

This is the Rarebitus mohawkian in its natural environment: the SOE Headquarters. It feeds on caffeine and other substances to keep itself awake and wary for predators. As the sun breaks over the horizon we catch a glimpse of a shadow blocking the light shining through a meager window in the next room as it spreads and heads to the Rarebitus mohawkian's lair. It is the Walrus. The various grunts he makes are warning signs for impending paperwork. The Walrus has innate vision to see what any creature in the SOE Headquarters habitat did there, and is especially fond of harassing Rarebitus mohawkian for nesting materials, as well as event spoilers and screenshots, which are vital to the continued survival of Rarebitus mohawkian.

you realise how rare it is to enjoy the level of interaction with people who create / work on a product you use or happen to enjoy? don't knock it. to me the looking glass writeups are equivalent to blog entries in tone and content anyway....no big deal. there was enough stuff in there about the game in any case so who cares?

what's all this "decorum" and "clients" stuff? he's some guy in charge of a pc game. what did he do that was so offensive? and how is he "running a business" anyway?
