What exactly do Combat Tactics affect now? Accuracy? Defense? Both?

A general question: Are tactic boosters supposed to boost EVERY accuracy? Meaning they'll also boost my ballistic/viral/thrown accuracy?

For the opposite, with Stun still doing -20 CT, how much is that affecting things?

From what I can tell CT is still built into the game.

CT seems to be the base for our Ranged and Melee tactics.

Bring up your stats screen.

See the C.T. and M.C.T. ( I think it is) and R. C. T (Could be RDT or something like that...)

anyway,.. mouse over those columns and it describes them.

The system is kinda wonky but im figuring it out, whats odd is watch my score jump around and even dropping after a boost or change.
