Ever since about 6 months into this game I have been hoping for the developers to add new and nice looking clothes to the game but all we seem to get is the ocassional hat or shirt every christmas.
There are so many beautiful outfits out there but I can't help but wonder when new ones will be added. us socialites have been running around with the same collection that we perfected about a month into the game. For several years now.

We will never receive clothing in bulk, unless Rarebit is really bored one patch.

SOE (The company that bought MxO) don't give the Devs any/very little funding so we barely get by.>.>

So make clothing packs and sell them like expansions.
People with the pack automaticly get the ability to create them using apparel maker but the clothes can only be traded to and worn by people who also have the "expansion"
They can do the same with new social areas too. A little financial motivation to be creative with purely social expansions that have no effect on combat or missions and so does'nt need to be fit into the game balance like a peice of lego.

But money spend on giving MxO a social expansion could be money spent on giving EQ2 a full expansion >_< Since we cant get genuinely new clothes, Rarebit has done a good job of giving us new stuff slowly as not to run out of new things (seeing as we cant get genuinly new clothes, just specially re-skinned clothing to appear new) this is not including the 'word shirts' mind you, we have had enough of those for 3 Anniversarys As for the new areas, Rarebit is setting plans together for a second new Construct, and considering how unquie and interesting Datamine was, and putting aside Datamines slow start and our lack of a reason to get more new area's, I am still looking forward to it if I am honest.

I agree with the first post. A new style here and there wouldnt go a miss. Even if it meant removing an older style from the slots to free up space I am sure people would more than gladly get rid of half the collection of pointless vests? Didnt we have long length skirts in the beginning aswell? I would love to see some new clothing or even a customisable clothing program? I dunno but I can live with the areas we have now just make them more interesting before giving a low population even more space to spread out and be bored in after 1 week of novelty. Any new content is better than non but why not make the space we have now more interesting? Ahhh I dunno.

Is this game *ever* going to get any new clothes?
There is no way of ever knowing really but a good guess at this stage is: No.

The W.Bros (The Twins ) and some other people with claims to the Matrix are better telling SOE to get theirselves the f---. The Bros. must look at their game and think 'Bombs.....SOE...Computer computes..'

Well we are getting some new guns. A few new clothing templates down the road might go a long way. Not necessarily level restricted, just the standard unbuffed/buffed possibilities with various colors like we have with current random drop clothes. Even just like 20 or so new templates would be pretty cool, no need to go nuts.
