Duel Submachine guns seem to fire to quickly

While using anyother weapon you have a timer. While using the lvl45 duel silenced submachine guns. There doesn't seem to be a timer. It just shoots, shoots, no timer in between. Seems like a bug to me. They also do no damage at all. Like 45 damage. lvl50s regen there health faster then i can hit them even with this possible bug....

It's called DPS. Hence, the submachine guns have a two second timer, and do 45 damage every two seconds. A rifle has an 8 second timer and does 180 damage every 8 seconds. Sometimes I wonder if some people read the stuff on DN1 :smileyindifferent:

well i haven't read alot of the CR2 stuff. Because i just installed it last night. So it had no affect on me until last night. Just things i noticed and thought I should post about them. Thats all. SRRYY!!
