Only resolution for me is to lose a few lbs or however much I can before the start of the last quarter of the 09. Aim would be at least 50 or so in 8 months.

Whats helping me now obtain the goal is I have a ride. So I can freely drive whenever to the gym and get this goal. The negative facor of all this however is. More pressure into drinking those protein shakes. As much as my old man says it can help. I prefer natural means of bettering myself than artifical.

Yeah, protein shakes are mainly for building muscle from what I understand. Just watch your diet and exercise a few times a week for at least a half-hour to an hour.
Mind you, I'm horrible at taking my own advice but hopefully I'll start doing that. My new regiment starts Monday =/
