I direct your attention to this player model:

Now I for one have been searching the matrix for these boots and
jacket. With no luck. I would simply like some clarification that they
are actually part of player loot tables or not? And will they ever be?
Because every club NPC that has a pair of these boots mocks my soul...

The boots sort of look like Skaver boots... not sure about the jacket though.

wow, I hope they are...I could do with a pair of them..

I'm sure they do, it took me forever to find my black jayne half duster...now I never take it off!

the jacket looks like the heavy coat but with the variation of colour i have not seen, boots not entirely sure
