(( Surely, it shows that The Intruder has insider knowledge concerning The General. This obviously put The General on the back foot. I can only speculate as to what "Seekers" are, but it seems that The Intruder knows that The General is not as vulnerable as he would like us to believe. ))

I would think seekers are the small sentinels the bigger ones would poop out and fling at the logos in enter the matrix cause they'd lock on and seek the ship ending in a giant explosion, and im betting they can be rigged with an EMP explosion too making them extremely effective againt sentinels.
