You'll get it as part of the critical mission archive system like mentioned on DN1. This system will be in the update 45 I believe, whenever that comes into live.

No one has ever confirmed that an earpiece will be one of the rewards. You'll know you're done with a chapter because you'll be given a token that shows you completed all of the missions for each org's subchapter.

No, he said the white hallways won't be ready in time. The Mission Archive is going to be in Update 45.
