I've got atleast 2 faction members who have payment issues, they paid but SOE says they didn't....

At least 1 faction member got banned (his complete account) SOE never told why, this ban happend when he was NOT on....

Either:
1. SOE is having some fun banning / locking random accounts, or
2. SOE forgets some of their own rules, or
3. SOE's financial department doesn't comunicate very well, or
4. These members actually did anything wrong, wouldn't know what that would be..., or
5. SOE does feel it should ruin gameplay for us...

SOE, please note that I had an other member about 6 months ago who got cut off, and he DID PAY... Correct this f*cking problem....
These are paying customers who don't get a proper answer or cut off while they DID PAY they got proof they paid! -Bank / Credit Card statement-

And an other thing: Where are the *CENSORED* pre-pay game cards? I don't see any game cards in europe... they are very very very very rare, maybe Amazon would have them, but letting them mail it from UK to Holland for example isn't that cheap (plus the costs to send would prob. be more then the card itself)
Gamecards are a good alternative when not having a Credit Card, but then they would need to be sold, as would the game... (the game MxO and it's gamecards are not even sold in Holland (anymore)

In less then one month 2 people were banned.

Ok.. I reported people that sploited, I reported people who offended me, I reported people that hacked and the people who PAY and PLAY MxO, that help new members, that NEVER insulted ANYOne.. THOSe people get banned without a *CENSORED* warning?

Can Anyone see what's wrong in this picture!?

Just a god *CENSORED* warning, a reason.

Sometimes it does feel like you're joking with us.

only 2 people?
.
Guildwars has 1000's of banned accounts each month....
WorldOfWarcraft have 100'000's banned accounts each month...

So we are not *CENSORED*.

That just shows our (well not all of us) maturity level compared to the other games. Also one has to remember the amount of players in each.

Try looking at percentages of banned players.
THEN compare.

Just a friendly reminder talking about individual cases of alleged bans is against forum rules.  So I'd advise you steer clear of such if you wish this topic to remain open.

I would just like to mention, like Beanix, I have reported people who have actually done bad... very bad, and nothing has happened.  This is aggravating.

Oh, and I'd also like to mention that whoever the hell answers /ccr is in dire need of some typing tutor and grammar classes. I have NEVER been so appalled (on numerous occasions)... this in-game customer service leaves much to be desired. At least act like you care. /end vent

Sorry to here about your faction mates, I truly hope all works out.

.....

The CCR system has been changed alot recently, with a new interface that also allows Ccr tickets to be transferred between departments without you having to submit the thing twice. There is also a new head GM.

These changes are good, but they do not erase a problem that has been with us since the start......

favouratism. It doesn't matter how many people ccr them, it doesn't matter if they post login details or story leaks or use language even an english teacher hasn't heard, if the devs like someone, they are staying in the game. I also don't agree to devs notifying their player friends when an event is going on. Favouratism needs to be toned down a bit.

Thats EXACTLY the point i was trying to make yesterday before i deleted my post.   for all the defenders of soe saying yeah we have to click accept and learn to abide by their rules.. fine.. i have no qualms with that.. the whole point i was trying to make and one which nicolette has summed up brilliantly here... was what about them living up to their end of the bargain.. its no good us accepting their terms and conditions if they themselves do not abide by them..  the one rule for one another rule for another aspect..

the inconsistency is the key.. if you want to ban perma ban someone.. for say example being rude and abusive and spamming.. fine..  a little harsh with no warning first but fine.. acceptable.. just make sure you do the same with everyone else doing the same thing...  favouratism rules this out..  because a friend of a dev wont get the same action...  thats where its unfair. and thats where it needs to change.
