ok, so i know a lot of people have problems with the MKT tree, and i'll admit it is way over-powered, but was there some kind of nerf i didn't know about? every time i throw a knife with a debuff on it the timer cuts off at one second. i've tried it with crippling throw, nuero-dart, Deadly throw, blinding throw, and sever artery. all of them only last about a second with the downgrades.
thoughts?

Patch notes would have told us if they did reduce the effect timers.
Sure there not using an anti?

pretty sure. i tested it with a friend. said it was only lasting a second and he didn't pop any pills. it's probably a bug.
P.S. i was joking about the nerf =)

So they finally decided to reduce the effect timers to something more reasonable....

It's probably just a bug.

I noticed it with some Hacker attacks as well, I got hit with root and it came of within about a second without any damage being dealt.
