You have to look at all the buffs and debuffs though, each style will have % chance of DOTs, negative states and some such.

I didn't put DOTs, roots, or random damage increases on these.

Please, Please, Please, release a full list near patch time. Collectors like myself would like something to work off of. Also, small gun construct would be fun, if only you could have a couple doors and chain it to the white hallways, that would be ultimate win.

Those should be the Silenced FM-1100s if I have understood everything.

Will silnced guns be getting buffs too? Or does the silencer still count as the enhancement?

Accuracy debuffs on the target, like some of the current Enhanced weapons have.

There are no Silenced Enhanced weapons.

Fact that there is tones of new stuff for people to get = Awesome.
Fact that some people don't use guns = Not so good.

So all high lvl triple chevrons will drop these guns?

I'm not sure how the loot tables work, but Creston Museum and Corrupted npcs would be a couple of my top choices for farming these new guns.

Possibly not all... Most should have a slight chance, though. Basically, they've been added as a collective 1 in 50 chance to the random reward table that currently hands out Enhanced level 45 and unenhanced level 50 weapons.
