About the stats....

Hi, im new to these forums, and the game as well, and I have enjoyed my time in the game thus far. But I have one question, I really don't know what stat does what, like perception and beleif and stuff. I like doing the close combat, and using guns and such, which stat is good for melee combat and which stat is good for ranged weapons?

"Ballistic" deals with the trees with guns, even in Close Combat, while "Melee" deals with any of the martial art trees. If you want to focus on Martial arts, put your points evenly as you level up in Focus (Which improves your damage) and Belief (Which improves your accuracy). If you want to concentrate on using guns, pool your stats evenly in Perception (Which improves your damage) and focus (Which improves your accuracy).

So for me, main in focus and beleif, and minor in vit and perception. ok, I think I can do that. Thanks. By the way, im in the Syntax server if anyone wants to play or something

Later in the game if you don't have 30 in one stat then you wont be top in your class (Which I suppose you want to be) so pumping some into every stat is bad habit and every upgrade you really dont see a difference.
