Everyone,

We tried to break the Machine stranglehold by hitting the power lines that feed energy stolen human energy into the Machine city. Despite the great effort of many of our members, we did not succeed.

I know that this is disappointing to many of you. To many, it looks like the Machines grow stronger with every day that goes by--like humanity has no hope of withstanding them, much less beating them.

That could be. I'm no Oracle. All I will say is that as long as we have breath in our bodies to fight for freedom for mankind, we will continue. They stopped us this time, but they needed help to do it. The Machines getting stronger? I'm not so sure. But I look at the faces around me, and even though some have been taken from us, I know that we are.

Michael

Well, nice job getting shot again Kid! Keep up the good work. Oh, and getting your men killed in the Real for good earns you bonus points in Fearless Leader status!

(( Well, meh. Now that I know the reason the Agents basically let us fight the threat alone was because in The Real the Code Pulse Bombs didn't really help the strike teams so I guess in a way it was biased, but had story to back up that reason. I was upset before mostly because it was obvious we were losing as Machinists, not only outnumbered but EPN had The Kid. The only thing that bugged me the most was how Zion didn't necessarily want to "defend" the bombs, but they wanted to "crowd" them so whatever chance we faced while being heavily outnumbered flew out the window when EPN/Zion just simply sat on the *CENSORED* bomb so none of us could click it. The lack of information on our side was astounding; trying to find Code Pulse Bombs all over Richland/Westview parks was pretty strenous, and it was obvious that EPN knew about their locations further ahead than we did. When we learned of the location they were already there or en route. From what I can see from the screenshots it seems there were a few that we completely missed out on. Although, once again, backed up via story line, so I guess I can't complain. Overall, now that I know the few fine details (mostly because I didn't want to risk standing beside that org-locked building) it was a decent event which seemed biased in a way. Zion's always had the numbers, and unfortunately numbers beats skill in this game. Agent Pace sent out quite a few global messages asking Machines to help, but it was really only about 7-10 against 20+ Zion and a LE character. I guess you lose some you win some.

<3 ))

'Apparently there was a whole division of Sentinels waiting in ambush.'

D'uh? Idiot.

(( Were the CPDs really supposed to affect communications between Sentinels? That doesn't make any sense. Sentinels guarding the power lines would be directed by the higher-ups in Zero-One, not by Agents from within the Matrix. Playing with the Matrix should not have any effect on Zero-One itself. ))

At risk of insuboardination accusations again from people who think they still exercise power over me and I am going to listern to there **bullcrud**, I agree totally. Another point on that is that I am entitlted to my opinion, yes I did help with the mission as I didn't want to see us fail/get our people killed but that does not mean I have to blindly agree with everything the Kid says or certain people in the org.

Yes we tried, we all knew there was no way past the Sentinels hell Neo had a tough time of it how in the world where we going to get anywhere?

((Gee, that was a fantastic event, one we had bugger all control over even from storyline perspective.))

Despite the outcome, it was a good effort by all those who aided operations from within the Matrix that night, under the coordinative guidance of Captains; LuciousBrujah, Orteko, ShiXinFeng and SEPET.

For those of our brothers and sisters who volunteered to go out there but were unable to make it back, they gave their all for their beliefs. They will be remembered for that, and as Michael himself has said, the fight all of us gave that day. We can only move forward from here.

Kid: we've been able to identify some subroutines we can hit to disrupt the communication of some Sentinel patrols around where our ship will be.

Kid: Apparently there was a whole division of Sentinel waiting in ambush

Procurator im sure "analisys" is not your favourite matter, but if u start using your brain instead of your mouth, you'll find the CPD works well, and  the problem (the reason of the strike failure) is that the Sentinel where there yet... AWAITING us...

If our surface Operation is a failure, in attempting of what no one tried before, our operation in the matrix was a excellent success, showing that no hostile force (machine, chyp or Merv), can stop EPN in our works.... we make blow many device without no one of you can prevent us in doing that.....

But now back to "analisys".....

If our strike in the real was a failure... your in the Matrix was a catastrophic proof of your incapacity to stop us.....

I know I know ...... "analisys" is not your favourite matters.... SMILEY<img src=

(( ...

You know what OOC means, right? The double brackets mean I'm out of character. Try using your brain. Or your eyes.

And my point was that the Matrix shouldn't affect the Sentinels. The subroutines mentioned by the Kid in your first quote shouldn't even exist, if sense is employed when making up these stories. ))

(( first of all i want make my apologize, i wanna excuse if it seem that i want to offend you or other in OOC, is not my intention, but if it seem so is my fault. In fact i use posting on forum typing in notepad before and copy paste in the forum then, and doing this i accidentaly deleted in my first quote the first part of your post, and exactely this part : "'Apparently there was a whole division of Sentinels waiting in ambush.'

D'uh? Idiot.
" wicht im referring with my offensive post IC.

for this fault i apologize again with you, is not my intetions.

referring to your point of view, i think if within the matrix  an agent can call a strike in the real targeting an Hvcft (like smith do after the escape of morpheus in  the first movie), then should exist some routine of comunication between the simulation and the control center of the sentinels in 01, now what if CPD could act to this routine making belive to the control center of the sentinels that the Hvcft is striking in another place the power line? What if the control center receive an order of strike from what it think is an agent or something like that?? My point of view is that that matrix is strictly connected  with the 01 real, so not all that happen in the matrix will not affect the real.

excuseme again for the misunderstanding i hope it will not happen again...))

Told this..... you damned machine sucks!!! LOLOLOLOLOL SMILEY SMILEY SMILEY

((sorry for my english, but im just a poor italian boy.... SMILEY))

Failure can be more instructive than victory.

As for Michael's leadership, you choose the most qualified people who are willing to do the job, that know the risks. The difficult position thing is to order someone to carry out a job that will result in their death in order to preserve the rest of the outfit.

((U-571 reference. Good movie, too.))
