Yes, I remember speaking with you about the merger several months ago.  As King said, it turned into more of a power struggle than anything and that is far from what either of our factions stood for in theory.  We have a better system in place now as far as council and would be more apt to come to an agreeable conclusion for a merge.

Saint; long time, my friend.  Honestly, I dont think Kemnebi was trying to be insulting in his post.  At least, I found nothing insulting.  I do think you may have taken it the wrong way and maybe it shouldn't have been posted in your recruiting post, rather PMed to you as a suggestion.  Anyway, I hope we can move forward from this and at least form some type of alliance.  I have no problems with the domain name, I understand why you have it.  I think Kem may have thought you guys did that after the fact.....I dont know.
