Since I've had several people ask me about this already, I've decided to post my findings here.

As last Friday's event pointed out, Wright used alphadecimal (aka base36) encryption on her messages.

   http://www.translatorscafe.com/cafe...mal-to-base-36/

Set the left column to "decimal" and the right to "base 36".  Then enter the numbers you've found in the critical missions.

Every period indicates a complete word.  So "1185544" is "Perse".

   First message, encoded ...

   "1185544.17237.899540.483668.717988

    54565250.51734109.43273886

    2016350948.21153695.600
"

First message, decoded (and please note that all decoded messages are in shorthand) ...

   "Perse dat JA38 AD78 FE04

   White usual price

    Xcheck clean go
".

   Second message, encoded ...

   "23.1657175.22.31886967253

   1398002.3112882819701219

   1734798830.80111597088940
"

   Second message, decoded ...

   "N Zion M encoded

   Type unfamiliar

   Source searching
".

   And ... that's all I have since I only have access to screenshots of the first two messages.  In fact, I can't remember if there were any more of these. ^^;;;

It looks like, again, we can work together and find out about something mysterious going on in the megacity.  I'm not one much for missions, even criticals, but If I come across any hackable computers, I'll post their messages here.  Propz to those who found the decoding method.
