So... it's that day of the week again and I'm anxious to see what the next IR is? Bets on it being even more Epic then the last two? I hope to see more of the new looking building and if appropriate.. perhaps any NPC's (if it is indeed a whole new area with new NPC's)

Sorry to ruin the pure and utter excitement, but I think people are blowing this up bigger then it really is.As we have seen, it was possible to see and even get on the barge before this through exploits, so the actual model has always been there. IMO, all that is being done is the barge will now be accessible either by some sort of bridge (shot from first Image Retrieval) or some sort of new archivist where you can be teleported, and perhaps some new/difficult NPC's to fight for some drops, possibly a new rare drop. There is no way we're getting anything large like a brand new neighborhood or district.
