Hello,

I've played MxO since beta.  Played SWG since opening day.

I converted my MxO account on August 18 to my Station account (by clicking the "Convert my account" banner).

When I go to station.sony.com, only my SWG account shows up.  Should't my MxO account also show up?  I log into both with the same accoutn ID and password.

I want to convert to the Station Pass, but since I don't see both accounts, I am not sure everything is "good to go".

Anyone know?

Thanks!

https://secure.station.sony.com/mxo/

go to this page, you will recognise it as the page you transitioned your account with. login with the existing account page and you will be able to get access to a subscription summary.

coderking thanks for that.

I guess I'm wondering why there isn't a "central" page that shows me both my Station subscriptions in one place.  Seems like there should be if they are under the same Station account.  Would be a lot easier to know "everything's right" than to log into to different places and wonder if they really are connected under the same account.

I want to make a Station Pass account for both of those, but I'm leary to trying it without knowing for sure both accounts are connected and thus able to get onto the same station pass account.  I've read a lot of "horror stories" on the SWG and EQ2 forums from folks that ended up with different accounts and have no way to combine them under one station pass.

Cheers,

Martek

It's all due to MxO not being added to the SOE website properly yet. In time you should be able to see MxO in your subscriptions as well. SMILEY

Adval,

Pretty much that is true, however it should be on the website soon.

Is there anyway to see how much time is left on our subscription from
Warner Bros.  I know mine was renewed just before the change over
so I should have ~3 months paid for (plus the 1 free) but that page
only lists the subscription info with Sony.  I just want to make
sure that everything is in order.

Excellent!  Can't wait till that's in place.  I'll have much more peace of mind when it is.

Is there any update on this, as I also wish to find out when I'm due for billing, owing to visa debt card always being empty, unless I need to use it. I belive I have until 1st Nov. but have no way to check this.

Yeah, I seen that, but when we check our accounts, does it tell us how much time we have to next payment or dates ? Thats what I need to know.

Yes, after going to http://station.sony.com and clicking My Account, it shows both SWG and MxO.  I can click on either one and (after supplying my password again) I can then see a summary of that game, and when the current payment runs out, and the next payment method that will be used.  It can be changed there as well - for either game.

I went ahead and converted over to Station Access, and both games came over (and ended up with the same end date - they became synchronized).  I have now installed both PlanetSide and EQ2, and they also appear now on My Account (I won't go into the MAJOR PAIN it was to get both those games to actually run though!  It was pretty bad SMILEY ).

So for me, it appears everything is working as it should, account wise.

That's what I meant in my first paragraph of my last message; that it was all working fine with basic accounts first.  Sorry I wasn't clear on that point.  And then after, I switched to Station Access, and it still worked.  So, for me at least, it worked both ways.

It doesn't work for you yet?

Cheers,

Martek

Nope, it doesn't show me any dates, other than 'origional purchase date'.

Like Zorya, I just want to know how much remaning time I have from the WB rollover, so I sent a email to support, and they came back with 'This accounts next charges are 8/15/05'.

Very helpful as you can see. Hopefullt next email which has everything spelt out on detail, twice, will get me the answer I need.

Update: Email recived (fast at least) with 'I apologize for the inconvenience.

You account is currently using the time period left with your WB subscription. Once the time period is over , you will be billed and you will be getting 30 days free on the account.'

Again, less than helpfull. I'll try a 3rd time.
