Best solution redesignate the servers (with a character transfer program in place)

1. An RP server with DT hostile where all the events occur (an event every weekday for all)
   
2. A pvp server where everyone flags hostile outside your own faction.
3. A conscentual pvp world with queensbury rules and cybersex to supplement the hours of extreme boredom
