Have to admit that was a little jarring to me too. I understand and applaud the good intention but i don't think the sentinel is quite the right place for it to be expressed.

I disagree. It's just some captain (affiliation unknown) giving tips on how to survive (and win) fights in the real. The information is conveyed in a rather in-character manner and it might work to draw a few more people to the battles.

I didnt expect it to but I did expect to be more than picking up where Paul left off.

To be honest, even if the Sentinel was a form odf replacement, I'd much rather read a new Sentinel than watch a cinematic any day, the Sentinel's are more interactive and as for old news, well...what do you think the cinematics are?

It's a NEWSpaper. It's supposed to be NEWS. Cinematics were just putting into visuals what we knew. And sometimes they were new information. Any newspaper that put old news in it would be the least read paper on the market.

More current information + working on the formatting will greatly improve upon this in future issues.

I enjoyed the new Sentinel. There was one thing that confused me though. The headline about the water said investigators found broken glass near the open edge of the city's reservoir. Is it referring to the city's aqueduct or the reservoir in Guiness Lake? I'm assuming this is related to the cheat codes Agents dumped into the water. Watching that particular cinematic though, it looks like the Agents are in either Bathary Row, Edgewater or Uriah when they do it.

It's Uriah, the criticals missions/events from back then confirm it.

Well, congrats on getting into the Sentinel. I just wish you were mentioned and credit given, unless I missed something.

I don't see the resemblance. Anome was supposed to be a fat guy, but that reporter guy's cheeks are so sunken he might as well be a skeleton or maybe the Crypt Keeper from those crappy old latenight horror shows
