11:00 GMT means 12:00 BST for UK, and don't expect anything till after 14:00 BST (13:00 GMT). And Sebey, 13:00 GMT is not for another hour! UK isn't on GMT for a few months now.

The new emotes definetly rock... I love the tiphat! The new elegant way
to salute, without being too formal with a /headbow, or too excited
with a /wave

Nice on the new patch

Emotes are fun to use and look great

Now the problem, you can't get a mission to show up no matter
where you are. I tried 5 places in all the districts and none of them
allowed any mission from my contact (Zion) Now I did not check the
neighborhood contacts to see if I could get a mission from them.

I bugged it so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
