This is the next animation short following Dead Fantasy I.

For those that may not know these are animation sequences done by an individual using various game characters. This is the same person that did Haloid (Halo vs Metroid). They are some pretty interesting animations shorts.

It should be noted that these are not cut together from other scenes from games the creator is doing all the model, animation, and special effects seen himself, if I am not mistaken.

Am I the only one that thinks this guy is a total hack, and sits in his basement all day fantasizing about VR anime girls? Seriously, whats to admire about those videos he makes, sure they probably took a lot of work, but nothing was really created by him, just a collage of other people's materials. Then the fact that its ALWAYS the stupid over the top anime stuff, just makes it worse. Case in point, the end credit sequence of the Haloid video.

After looking a bit further into it I found its a team of folks that produce these. However Imax perhaps you are under a false impression that these are cut together scenes. They aren't, the team creates the models, animations, special effects, environments themselves.

Again these aren't cut together scense of anything anywhere.

I was under the impression that Monty actually did the work himself....

So he's apparently just cutting/ choreographing?
I'd love to do that too... I have some awesome Ideas. =P

At first I was extremely impressed because I thought it was only one guy but seeing as it's a team I'd rather say it's a job very well done.
And it is awesome.

As a Final Fantasy Addict, I can say that was the most epic use of those characters I have ever seen. Tifa and Rinoa were just plain bad *CENSORED*, and the introduction of Kairi was just a LOLWTF moment for me. Is it a little sad I could name every spell/ability the FF characters used? >>

Who cares if he sits there fapping to pictures of Tifa or Kasumi naked, he's great at cutting this stuff together to make it look epic. It's a very enjoyable 10 minutes if you ask me, and the fact that you're sitting there wondering what this guy is like detracts from it. If you want me to counter point against terminator, I can.

/meh...  it just boils down to how i hate that anime style
