Auth servers

Whenever I tried to log in (username and password) it would come up as

Authenticating...failure auth server unavalible. Check your internet connection and try again. Auth servers may be unavalible or restarting. I HAVE GOTTEN THIS SAME ******* MESSAGE FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS!! HOW THE **** AM I GONNA ******* LOG IN ******!!!!!

Our authentication servers should be currently up, so it sounds like a connection related problem. What kind of Internet connection do you have? Do you connect through a router? If so, have you tried bypassing it? Are you running any sort of firewall software?

Also, if you could reply back with the connection info requested here, we could look into this a little further for you.
