Lowest level Sniper Rifle

What is the lowest level you can be to use a Sniper Rifle? And which is it, and where can I find it?

From where I looked, the lowest level ACTUAL sniper rifle (has it in its name) doesn't show up till level 30 or so; I might be wrong on that, but I'm pretty sure snipers are stuck w/ "assault rifle" type guns for their sniping needs until then.

yep the lowest lvl sniping gun is lvl 30 and you can find it at Furihata Central ( or near there) at the weapons vendor who is anjanette. You can also find alot of the firearms branches (including sniper) near furihata central . the name of the vendor is Snake.

I actually found this Collector who gives away L14 rifle with 26 m range, that's the same as Sniper Rifles, right? She's in Southard.

The lowest level sniper is the LaLone Sniper rifle (lvl 30), and i think you can find it on the vendors in hampton green
