Guh... Couldn't even remember what the darn buffs I put on the things do. If only it said somewhere obvious in-game whether the "duration bonus" influences mean they reduce your state own time, or increase your target's. >_< Oh the time I waste trying to look things up. (For future reference, it's your target, stupid. :p)
