Q & A Test server

if i try to get on the Q&A test server it just says ERROR: Could not initialize internet connection. You must be connected to the internet to play. The application will now close.

This is strange because i can login to the normal game so i have an internet connection

If the Q&A test server has been killed when will it be back

SOE (as of now) has no intention of opening the QA server to the public
