Hello, I am Captain Proximisio, of the HvCFT Preceder. Please listen to this short Broadcast by my leader, Natal1a... **Transmission started** We as the machines are here to preserve this world and preserve the balance between humanity and artificiality. The machines can't exist without the simulation. We protect the blue pills from the dangers of the reality. But at same time, we are letting them have a choice of awakening. Awakening everyone is nonsense. Where would everyone go? The real world is dead. We would all start dying of our own diseases Secretly, we think the machines do actually feel...something...for humans. We do not see the Machines Organisation as a block of ice more about Friendship, Family, ... Lets add that we are against any kind of extremists and that if fighting or war is neccessary we will go for it. We are the faction H A L, and we support the machines. If you are interested please contact our leaders Natal1a, Distrubed or Captains SirenCall, xxWinterMutexx, 1cecold, Proximisio, Infinitey, Philph, xxDarknessHunterxx. Or look on our Network: http://guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?G...mp;TabID=779263 **Transmission Ended**

Even I who do quite a bit of work for the Machines wonder at the ... wisdom of using the name of an old-world icon of homicidal machine insanity. Especially when arguing for peaceful coexistence

Ahhhh that.. I knew it sounded familiar, I have an AI program called Hal, now I know where they got the name. But yeah, never followed that series. And I guess the spaces in the name threw me off.

Ahemm , i could say why not .... Well it's a refer to this Computer and a way to hope things can change. When i hear this: "Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am a HAL 9000 computer. I became operational at the H.A.L. lab in Urbana, Illinois on the 12th of January, 1992.The 9000 series is the most reliable computer ever made. No 9000 computer has ever made a mistake or distorted information. We are all, by any practical definition of the words, foolproof and incapable of error." No the machine could make mistakes too. And it is a hope for a pacific relationship between machines and humanity. When we see the result of "HAL" .... let's hope machines are more than something "foolproof and incapable of error". So it is more a "wink" to argue for peaceful coexistence Qwirk and learn lessons from this "old-world icon" to not reproduce what was done in the past. We do not support what was done by HAL 9000 series. (( by the way if you switch each letter for the one after in the alphabet order , you got H.A.L. > I.B.M. eheh if some didn't know it ))
