As a guess, I'd say 23rd October to 6th November
I'm hoping it starts the 16th instead of the 23rd, so we have 3 weeks instead of two.
/plead
Last year, didn't they extend it because we wanted the event to last longer?

Ah ok... yep, I remember that now.
( I still think 3 weeks would be good. >.> )
To be honest I think 2 weeks is long enough. I remember last year how most people got bored after a few day when most of the masks had been farmed, then more people started complaining about how dark it was. Halloween actually arrived and for a couple of days nobody seemed to mind what they'd been complaining about but then in the extra week people couldn't wait to get back to normal. (I couldn't wait for it to go back to normal by the end even though I had fun, only thing I really didn't like were the horrible graphics on the HL's )What I'd like to see happen is one or two bonfires appear in the middle of some of the parks around the 5th of November, Might be a good venue for a guy fawkes party...

The concept of the event is really fun, and it's cool to see everybody in various costumes, but I hate the fact that you can't see anything that far.

I still think they should give it to us a week earlier, just for the heck of it
