Log In Issues

Over the past couple days I have not been able to log in.

I tried to delete a character and the program froze on me.

Now I cant jack in as any characters I have

and I have a character I dont want around anymore

any help would be greatly appreciated

What is happening when you try to do these things?

Does the launcher just freeze or do you receive an error message?

Something you could try is running a full system check. To do this, load the launcher and before pressing accept press full system check and then press accept. Once the launcher has restarted press accept and then when prompted for your login details press full system check and log in again. Once completed try doing whatever it was you were doing.

If that doesn't work then post back with some more detail information of what your trying to do and what happens when you do it. SMILEY

When the game is about to load up it says my account is already in use

I am also having problems deleting characters - it also says my account is already in use

Ahhh, that explains it then.

The account in use message, which if it doesn't work again after 30 mins, means that you'll have to wait for either a TSR or CSR to unlock you from the Margin server.

Best way to do that is to get a friend to submit a /ccr in game or post the details in the thread at the top of the forum, which you've done, and wait for the TSR's to come arround monday. SMILEY

when you get "only one instance of the game can be running" wait 30 seconds and try again. If it happens again, reboot your computer

I m having the same exact problem, with the deleting characters and log in issues. I havent been able to log in all day. please help.

Its been over 24 hours and I am still having the same problems.

I am also hit by the "The account you are in is already in use" log-in problem. I've been trying to log in over five times without any luck.
