Game freezes and needs full scans every time.

About 4-5 times now I've been playing and the game just freezes. Not the entire game, just the image. I can still here sound, and send messages. (although i wouldn't know what people are saying back)

When I close the game and try to start it again, it goes to a black screen and freezes. ctrl+alt+delete shows that it's not responding. I have to restart my computer and do 2 full scans to get it up and running again. But it has the same problem within an hour of play anyway.

Of course SOE's chat support was useless. If you need more info or something, let me know exactly what it is.
