Every CCR I have done in game has been answered within an hour or 2. I have to say thank you to the CSR's doing there job so well. After all the bad things said about you all, i definitely dont know where its coming from...

 

Especially Brewko. (who has answered most of my CCR's). There are probably hundreds of reports each day and to get through them so fast is amazing.
