I've never actually seen this one in-game but it comes up on the splash screens when you install the game. And it's obviously been rendered but never implemented (that I'm aware of).

On another topic-related note:

I'm pretty sure the males don't have those shades either... It looks like it has the Void shade's shape, but translucent.

And I've never seen those gloves before; not in all black anyway.

The shades just look like Rifters to me and I think the gloves are just Arisaki threaders in a shadow.

The "red-dot" shirt actually is in the game. The shirt is worn by select gang members in the Hammerville High dungeon (the one where you get the Ravens- series of coats).

The gloves are Arisaki Threaders' Gloves, with a black back panel instead of a gray one.
The Glasses are either translucent Void shades (it looks like someone just lowered the opacity on them - which is why the arms of the glasses are also slightly see-through) OR they were simply drawn on by the artist after the fact. The background is definitely an original work, and it wouldn't be much trouble to look at the RSI, think "he needs sunglasses, too" and draw them in using Photoshop or something.

And... Blacker Lucian shoes FTW. Now that we have truly black gloves, they're the only pieces that just don't fit.

The gang in Pillsen also wears a variation of that shirt but the dots are grey and the shirt is charcoal.

No, those gloves lack the weird purple shine of what we got now and, ultimately, look a lot cooler.

I've wanted that outfit since I started playing, and come halloween? Stupid efffie wouldnt turn me, turned half the fricken club but not me. I was crushed. because of such I've sworn to delete that peice of trash code. :'(
