Vitality

When I max my vitality, It doesn't list that im getting a is regen bonus or a helth regen rate bonus without wearing other clothing with the same buffs.

So If i put on my hevenly shoes, the bonous shows up with the buff the shoes get and shows the vitality, when i take off the shoes it goes away.

Is it still there and just not listed?

Vitality is broken.

You need a running buff to benefit from the bonus. Clothes are not influenced by bonuses. Network Hacker has IS regen, so vitality would make the regn on that buff higher.

Vitality is not broken. XXT is right. There's not enough manually active buffs to receive the influences from the Vitality attributes.

Vitality is garbage, honestly. You'll dramatically gimp your effectiveness in combat by maxing it.

No it ain't. The devs just missed out in giving us abilities to activate them. *CENSORED* HP regen bonus, IS regen bonus, Max HP bonus, Max IS bonus, heck, even Initiative bonus. Since it's more than just unlikely that we get new abilities, the chance of vitality becoming useful = 0.

On the other hand, if the devs decided to get rid of the boni and add the direct benefits (IS regen not IS regen bonus for instance), vitality would become a heck more powerful, most probably even too powerful.

Yeah that's the onloy downside.

Maxed out accuracy and maxed out vitality is good for MA's then want to stay in IL for hours but still kill thier opponent
