Account and Technical phone support will be unavailable on Friday, May 11th 2007. Phone support will return to its normal hours of 10:00am through 7:00pm PST Monday through Friday on Monday May 14th 2007.
 
Live chat support will remain available during its normal hours Monday through Friday, 10:00am through 7:00pm PST at station.sony.com/chat.
