I asked NoRepro about this specifically, he said he didn't feel they were a problem. However as much as I have tried to accept the fact that there are people out there with pages filled with these consumables, I cannot take it anymore.
Aside from the fact that they can do a decent amount of damage to you and outroll you nearly every time, they also imbalance a fight by allowing the other person to recover IS/HP, wait for backup, or just beat you when I know they would otherwise lose.

I don't want to see these in PvP or duels anymore, ever.

I am absolutely looking forward to how anyone can justify these being used in player vs player fights (as much as you carebears think you're killing vampires, you're not).

Oddly enough I would never have thought to use them in pvp I always considered them specific to the enemies there are related to ..... in fact I cant recall using them in pve, as a merov myself they never struck me as appropriate.... However I wouldnt want to see them removed form pvp as they support a form of valid rp, what should be the case is that for players they work purely as animations in place of your typical style attacks, ie offer no advantage/disadvantage over a simple power attack..job done?

These items are great in PvE when your killing something that takes high damage from them, i.e Garygoyle = Stakes etc

However they outroll almost anything and in PvP are highly overpowered.

This only about PvP, the vampire comment is for the wackos out there that pretend to be vampires, not actual npc vampires. I would be fine if they offered no advantage over just using a regular speed/power/grab attack, however, I don't see how you could change them to be like that and still have them effective for PvE vs Succubi, Lupines and Blood Drinkers.

Easy solution, make the reuse timer a little more substantial.

Way, way too many problems with timers in CR2. They really need to be addressed.

Hm, I rarely see people use these things on me during fights, but do these really do a lot of damage to sway a fight?

I agree with Sneaker that many timers are the next thing that needs to be addressed for CR2.

I've had these used againts me during pvp a few times, but only by those "less honorable" pvp'ers when they have things like hacker or trauma surgeon loaded.  It didn't seem to do sufficient damage and I still walked away from the fight the victor.  Although, I could see how it is a problem that they hit like, all the time...

To me these things are like health pills, tactic boosters, etc in pvp, very frowned upon in general.  Would be nice if there was some way they could only be used against certain enemies not including ourselves but then again that might ruin any "vampire/werewolf" RP and probably would be too complicated to implement...

Yea they need to change this. I've had it done to me where the person just uses a stack of them and I can't do anything about it.

In PvP using health pills, tactics or antis is all part of your strategy, since they are not easy to always get its an advantage if you do, some ppl take the time to farm the subs or spend the info, you can be sure they will use them, duels are a different matter.

I'm not into pvp that much yet but in duels... I hate em as hell ... same as mobius code...

The question is: Would there be a way of disabling them in PvP ??

I suppose the only option available is to to endure their usage in pvp, and request for your opponent not to use them in forthcoming duels.
