Haha, I told ya one day I was not PdS, probably you thought I was trying to cover myself. But no, I never been with them. PdS and me have a "love-hate" story since the beggining
And yeah, was great to have you for the final few months of liaisoning... For the first time I had a real co-worker, and you did very very well!

Haha. Yeah, Vira was more awesome than me, it's true. Never fear.
And Alphaea, I think I remember some of those good times, good times indeed. I did do a lot of bickering during my tenure, though. It defined me, somewhat.
*whistles innocently* Reading is fundamental!
I approve of bickering in most of its forms.
Jerry Springer final thought: LESIG failed and succeeded on so many levels. I doubt future players of MMO's will have such command or influence of a game and its inner workings as LESIG'ers did (As little or as much as that really was). It was mostly about controlling other player's experiences within the game. Those that did it for selfish reasons were the ones that failed and they drug the community down with it. But those who were there to have fun and make the game better and more fun for everyone around them, that's what the program was made for in the first place. You can see it in the testimonials in this thread already.
Oh well, tl;dr. Thanks to all the LESIG'ers and extra thanks to the ones that put in the hard work to try and keep us interested.
Without Toluca, I doubt a single issue would've got out the door.
Agreed.
My only contribution was the Cypherite hidden message image. I let Pblade handle the rest. XD

Yay Toluca/GlueVane
Thanks for all your hard work, along with Merrit (whoever played her) you were my two favourite liasons, i remember when i first made my Merv character and after my Machine being snubbed you were very welcoming to me.
I also really liked Noma, it was a shame when she went to get deleted
I also liked how Noma once recognized my Machine character as being the same as my Merv character, something that alot of people refused to do lol
Two Thumbs up!

Not that I was playing the System Resource program that deleted her or anything. Gotta say, though, that event was fun. Getting flak from all the Mervs and being entirely indifferent to their grief was liberating for a Cypherite Liaison.
No, wait... It was the same. But without me giving smartarse quips.
Errr I was Vira, who's saying they are Vira?
If you don't know by now, I played the Cypherite Liaison, exivy.
One day I got an email in-game from recursion.rarebit and I was like, ???? It said "You've got a certain "CONFIDENTIAL" forum PM from me. If you could read that and get back to me via PM, that would be great. And don't mention this to anyone else--you'll see why once you've read it. =P"
I checked it and couldn't believe what I was reading.
I was part of the new 2.0 but arrived about a week after everyone else. I really wanted an EPN position because I knew I could play that role well, but they were all taken. I only told Sputteh that I was in LESIG, because we live together. She ended up in LESIG also, so it all worked out anyway!
I decided to be a Recursion Cypherite! the complete opposite of what I knew! Viraconrida was still in the crew and gave me a few tips before she vanished and the other Recursion Cyph never made an appearance. So, I had all the Cypherites to myself! woot! Eventually, I was the only active liaison for the cyph's and machines on recursion so I tried to involve the machines in as much as I could so they could feel loved too. Kerevola helped me out a lot, though, and I appreciate her very much.
So, I got to enjoy NightTrace's thoughts on many many issues and I tried to keep everyone from being bored at Camon Central. NT and I actually got along very well. He had a point of view many didn't understand but I could see it.
I ended up getting some partners in crime - Rejex and Stanten, and they were great. They passed me up in leveling and both hit 50 before me! I think we are the only org on all 3 servers to have all 3 liaisons at 50, plus Kerevola was 50 too. Stanten turned into the leader of our crew. He had great ideas and the time and energy to put into his character, even farmed Rejex and I patcher's bandana. He was like XIV's big brother.
I had decided to give exivy a french background and brushed up on some of the language and had a good chat with an actual frenchy while we were running missions. I think goligoth might remember that lol. She was friendly to most but liked to slap faces too. Fenshy (fenshire) and I had a weird relationship that started when he invited me to his bachelor party, which was all zion, and I got naidian to come and she was all stiff agent and I was being crazy, having fun. Ever since then, fenshy always asks me to rejoin zion and we have good banter. Something else I remember was that I named ChloeAnne's perpetual orb, sudapop. Rarebit had named the bad guy for that event, Suda, and I made fun of it all night in crew chat. Then when Chloe got the perp, she wanted to name it and I threw out sudapop and it stuck! There was Ebola, who stayed Cyph through thick and thin, a real trooper and not just an alt that logged on for events. Merchant was my missioning buddy and seemed to always be on when I was. I appreciate his help very much, since we weren't suppose to ask for it. Atlasts is a sweetheart and I could always count on her. Maybe I shouldnt name names but I think I did pretty good not showing favoritism to anyone. We were a small group so I knew the entire organization pretty well. I interacted with anyone that wanted to interact with me. I really was in it to give the players an enjoyable time because I remember how much I enjoyed interacting with Keterina. Thanks ManicV for your job with Ket, you left too soon but gave us a good villian with Systematica.
I have many fond memories with XIV and I had a lot of fun helping you all have fun. I hope that I did a decent job, I wish that I had had more time back then to develop her character more and come up with some good side stories. Hindsight is always 20/20. I wish it could last much longer, as we had more ideas and more fun times planned. But, in the words of Trucidos, "It is what it is."
Thank you for everything. Its been a great ride and I doubt I will ever have the chance to do something like this again in a game. It was a truly unique experience in which I am greatful.

No, no, something got lost there along the way. You really don't know who Systematica is, Tony? I thought it was one of those things where everyone knew but the person in question never acknowledged it.

Thanks ManicV for your job with Ket, you left too soon but gave us a good villian with Systematica.I have many fond memories with XIV and I had a lot of fun helping you all have fun. I hope that I did a decent job, I wish that I had had more time back then to develop her character more and come up with some good side stories. Hindsight is always 20/20. I wish it could last much longer, as we had more ideas and more fun times planned. But, in the words of Trucidos, "It is what it is."Thank you for everything. Its been a great ride and I doubt I will ever have the chance to do something like this again in a game. It was a truly unique experience in which I am greatful.~ XIV ~So the best Vector Liaison was Manic!Congratulations to you sir..You deserve it! No, no, something got lost there along the way. You really don't know who Systematica is, Tony? I thought it was one of those things where everyone knew but the person in question never acknowledged it. Well, I won't spoil it for you.
Grr...It's not Manic!Meh..
I'm the only one who doesn't know I guess....*sigh*
I wasn't going to say anything, but I figure there may be a few who would like to know. I am Vector EPN Acavaria. I was one of the members brought into lesig near the end. It was really good to work with Pentothal, Xensei and the EPN/Zion on Vector. I hope that the players enjoyed the final Rarebit event as much as we did.
I also feel a need to say a few things about lesig. It was great that this group existed and was able to enhance the experience for so many others. However, as I am now learning who the other members are it explains a lot. I always wondered what happened to Abra/Devistate.
There was so much more I would have liked to do. I had a ton of plans and different things for the future, but it became much more difficult where Rarebit left and the storyline was basically dismantled.
So to all of my friends, to all of Vector EPN, to Merovingians everywhere, to Syntax, to Lesig, to everyone who played the Matrix Online, I say
Thank You
Much Love
Take Care.
