Whats this thing ive heard about where a crew/faction can buy a property in game for $100 Million? Is it true???? And where do we buy the key from?

HALLWAY! so you can go to org specific areas by opening a certain door within the hallway. One door leads to one place and another to another.

Its a one time purchase i believe, and the time limit is 45 min then Agents come for you like your waiting too long in a mission area.
