I'm trying to upload jpegs from my pc to the forums but all I seem to get is this;

Either I'm crazy, and you all can see the pic or I'm doing somethings wrong. any help would be appreciated.

A step-by-step guide would be best.

First you need to upload your picture to an image host (or other server), then you can post it. 

I recommend using photobucket (www.photobucket.com) for your image host, but any should work.

Right you need to upload to the Internet first, via photobucket.com or imageshack.us

Reason why your image breaks, is because the URL of the first image is c:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Compaq_Owner/Desktop/mxo%20pix/lunapic-123956677433980.jpg, which is obviously a location on your hard drive.
