Unfortunatley due to problems in the past we cannot accept anyone outside of the faction onto the forums. If you are an outsider you will not be registered by the adminstrator. My apologies.

We do apologise to those just wish to join our faction's forum, as Jade has said, we have had problems and this is the only way can avoid it happening again.

You have to take so many security measures to protect yourself from the lowlifes, eventually the legitimate people have trouble getting through, even when they need it. Look for me if you care to, but if you don't I suppose I can find some way to blunder through this new life on my own.

what does section 9 mean.

((No sinificance behind it, we didn't want a 'over thought' name, so the four of us decided on this, it is from the very good anime movie 'Ghost in the Shell'. Public Security Section 9 is like the police force in that movie, the whole name was too long so we just went with Section 9.
It serves its purpose, we are a simple faction, that will try to uphold the stability of the matrix. Not to mention a fantastic group of people you will have fun with.

(( I would like to remind everyone that Section 9 is a RP (Role-play) faction, anyone who already role-plays or anyone who is interested in RP and would like to start are welcome. We have recently lost a few people (I don't mind admitting) because of the fact they were not role players and conversations were slightly confusing as there were people talking OOC without using (( - )), amongst others who were trying to talk IC. Although this may seem a small problem, I would like to maintain a concentration of RP in our faction and hopefully branch our role play out with other players and factions. So again, if you are interested in RP and not quite sure where to start, we would be happy to try and help you, if you already are a roleplayer and are looking for a good (merv) roleplaying faction, you are welcome to join.
