I saw This Recruiting Post and I Thought "hmm"

Ive Had MxO For a While Now, But Played It On The Odd Ocassion.
Im a Lightweight Lvl 16 Martial Initiate in Vector - Hostile

Yes I Know ... SMILEY

But Im looking To Get To Grips With This Game Full On, And i already know that you can Lvl Faster in a mission group with Lvl 50's.
And This Faction Seems To Be The Best To Apply For.

Well what im trying to get At Is Where Can i Apply? How? And When I can I expect To Be accepted Or Rejected?
